Professor Richard John Wyndham Phillips (RJWP) formerly of Llandaff, Cardiff died peacefully at Royal Trinity Hospice on 15th August (aged 69).

Much loved and greatly missed by his brother Dan, nephew Geraint, many cousins, friends and colleagues.

Skilled and compassionate GP, medical educator and mentor to many.

Opera aficionado and traveller, with friends across the world.

Richard’s funeral took place on Thursday 14th September 2023 at St Paul’s Church, Clapham:  a service for his interment at Llandaff Cathedral will be held at a later date.
